Climate Action 13 / 365: Vegan Week

Several years ago I had a period of two years when I only ate vegetarian food. Returning to a vegetarian or vegan diet could be something to aim for. The easiest way to cut your personal CO2 footprint is to consume less animal products. This week I will only eat vegan food, so let’s see how it goes. Here are few thoughts that scientific community has found about the topic.
